The «PharmCareer» project

The main AIM of «PharmCareer» project is to provide professional teaching and training, qualification level upgrade for personnel of pharmaceutical companies, representative offices, outsourcing, leasing and outstaffing companies.

 

Uniqueness of «PharmCareer» project

is an integration of powerful scientific and pedagogical potential of the         P.L. Shupik National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education with best practices of the business training «Staff UPgrade», careful selection of candidates, stepwise control and practical fixation on the field of the knowledge received, traineeship on real projects and also social focus of the project: providing employment in terms of economically unstable situation on the labour market.

 

Target audience:

*       initial preparation of doctors and pharmacists (higher education) for work in pharmaceutical companies and representative offices;

*       initial preparation of nurses, medical assistants, laboratory assistants, pharmacists (secondary education) for work in pharmaceutical companies and representative offices;

*       qualification upgrade of medical representatives, pharmaceutical representatives, regional managers, field force manager, product managers;

*       retraining of pharmaceutical companies and representative offices personnel (career development).
