History Data: he faculty of organization of pharmaceutical business was created at the Kiev institute of improvement of the pharmacists, nowadays National medical academy Post-Graduate of education by him(it). Shupyk P.L. Ministry of public health services of Ukraine in 1939 and in the same year reorganized in a rate with inclusion it(him) in structure of technology medicamentous of the forms and galenic of preparations. During Great Domestic war (1941-1945) rate of organization, as well as all institute, did not work, and majority of the employees of institute were called for the Soviet Army. In 1945 the faculty has restored the work. In December, 1977 under the order MPH USSR № 1105 on the basis of a rate ОEP of faculty of technology of a medicine the faculty of organization and economy of pharmaceutical business later renamed in faculty of organization and economy of pharmacy was created. So, the faculty ОEP has the large traditions begun still per 30 years. The powerful contribution to development of faculty was brought by the candidate of pharmaceutical sciences, senior lecturer managing a rate, and then by faculty of organization and economy of pharmacy (ОEP) Ivan Maksimovich Gubskiy (1966 -1986). Gubskiy I.M. the labour way from the manager by a drugstore, director of pharmaceutical school up to the chief at first regional pharmaceucontrol, then of Main chemist's management and manager by faculty ОEP has passed. Behind the initiative of the scientist the progressive forms of organization of pharmaceutical business are entered: the collective liability in drugstores, surcharge for a qualifying category, organization of a network interhospital of drugstores, which work till now. In 1959 behind the initiative Gubskiy I.M. the edition " of a Pharmaceutical magazine " is restored. In 1958 y. Gubskiy I.M. first is prepared, in former USSR the textbook for the students of pharmaceutical institutes and system Post-Graduate of training on ОEP, and later (1976) is organized his(its) second edition. With 1986 for 1991 the faculty was headed by the candidate of pharmaceutical sciences, the senior lecturer Ludmila Trohimovna Zagorovskay, which skilfully continued to direct collective on improvement of educational process and introduction of operating time of the employees of faculty to practical pharmacy. On faculty the preconditions for creative scientific activity are created. For the first time on faculty ОEP an item by the teacher Ponomarenko N.S. prepared and in 1990 the protected doctor's dissertation on a theme: " Organizational principles, methodical bases and forms of improvement of system Post-Graduate of training of the pharmacists. " Since 1991 till the present time the faculty is headed by the professor Ponomarenko N.S. Under the direction of the manager by faculty ОEP the creative collective of профессорско-teaching structure embodies in educational process the newest technologies of management and organization of work of the subjects of pharmaceutical activity in modern conditions (marketing, rational pharmaceutical management, offical of system, pharmacoeconomy etc.). Entering to the main educational establishment in Ukraine, which the Kiev medical academy Post-Graduate of education by him(it) is. Shupyk P.L. (2008 - 90 years from the date of its(her) establishment the faculty ОEP together with other profile faculties carries out a role of the organizational centre on coordination and improvement of system Post-Graduate of training. By proxy ministries of public health services are assigned to faculty of the obligation concerning creation of the unified programs, educational plans, projects of the orders МPH of Ukraine, Decisions of KM of Ukraine, project of the Law " About medicinal means ". The faculty behind the initiative develops the project of the Law of Ukraine " About pharmaceutical activity ", that in 2003 is accepted of Supreme glad Ukraine to official consideration. For last years by the employees of faculty for the first time in domestic and foreign practice created system of the combined method of measurement of knowledge, skills, habits (CMM) with the help of the professional - official standards (POS). The managing control of professional knowledge permits to carry out qualimetry with the help as computer engineering and mashineless of technologies of measurement of knowledge, skills, habits. The collective of faculty gives the large attention to improvement of system of estimated activity and reception valided of result of the control of knowledge. CMM of knowledge, skills, habits permits and provides attraction of different kinds of the estimated device on all grade levels and existing kinds of an estimation: individual, frontal, external, internal, verbal, certified, central, that is the estimation of knowledge (documentary, qualimetry) is conducted is permanent as at oral, written test modeling, and with attraction of computer engineering. The methodical base permits to involve the student to self-estimaing of activity (internal estimation) or cross check (tutorning organization of the control). In this case check of knowledge and simultaneous their updating will be carried out by the partners. The tools of measurement of knowledge, skills, habits are the tests and more than 14 thousand. Questions, statements for oral, written and computering of modeling with the help developed by faculty ОEP KMAPGE to them. Shupyk P.L. of a method of independent check of results of an educational training [MICRET]. For the first time in Ukraine test questions and answers on them, faculty ОEP KMAPGE by him(it). Shupyk P.L. prepared and issued by a typographical way. The separately created bank of the tests (more as 6000 questions, answers on them) was included in the computer program of certification of the experts (intern) on the appropriate qualifying category. The computer programs, developed on faculty, MICRET permit to get experience of dialogue as with the computer, and mashineless a mode for the account both educational, and free from employment of time. All this permits to carry out exit preadttestation cycles of the correspondence form of training. At realization of exit cycles the faculty previously sends necessary quantity of copies of the typographical version of the test program for independent preparation of the pharmacists - experts for certification and their certification behind the actually developed technique MICRET. Faculty of organization and economy of pharmacy NMAPE by him(it). Shupyk P.L. has prepared except for the computer version for the typographical edition the test program (a question and answers on them) for intern behind a specialty the pharmacist of a general structure. Teaching and Methodological Work: On faculty the cycles will be carried out: Pre-certification: on pharmacist-organizer Pharmacist - intern, behind a speciality the pharmacy. Internship: on pharmacist of a general structure. Scientific Research Activities: On faculty of organization and economy of pharmacy the research work " a Scientific - methodical and theoretical substantiation of the information, garmonization and optimization of a control system of pharmaceutical sector of public health services " is carried out International Activities: With the purpose of activization of work concerning realization and realization of the international agreements concerning cooperation in system Post-Graduate training of the pharmacists of the experts of the countries of CIS. All test programs are created both on Ukrainian, and in Russian languages, which opens opportunities of realization of cycles of retraining, improvement and Post-Graduate training of the pharmacists of the experts at the request of the New Independent States. The programs are prepared in view of the requirements of Appropriate Chemist's Practice (dystributic) according to the requirements, standards and norms of the European Union. The faculty actively takes part concerning an embodiment and adaptation of the international project on Rational Pharmaceutical Management (Drug Management Program. Management Sciences Health. Inc.
